2. Description of Services

AxonVps provides Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting, web hosting, domain registration, and related services. Our services include but are not limited to:

Virtual Private Servers with various configurations
Web hosting services
Domain name registration and management
Technical support and customer service
Server monitoring and maintenance

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

To access our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
Providing accurate and up-to-date contact information

Important: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.

4. Payment Terms

Billing and Payments

All services are billed in advance. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise specified. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, bank transfers, and digital payments.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Setup fees and domain registrations are non-refundable.

Late Payments

Services may be suspended for accounts with overdue payments. A late fee may be applied to overdue accounts. Accounts suspended for non-payment may be terminated after 15 days.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

Prohibited Activities:

• Illegal content or activities
• Spam or unsolicited emails
• Malware or viruses
• Copyright infringement
• Adult content (in some plans)

Resource Usage:

• Respect allocated resources
• No excessive CPU usage
• Reasonable bandwidth usage
• No mining cryptocurrencies
• No proxy/VPN services

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide reliable services, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Our liability is limited as follows:

Service Level Agreement (SLA):

• 99.9% uptime guarantee for VPS services
• Service credits for downtime exceeding SLA
• Planned maintenance excluded from SLA calculations
• Maximum liability limited to monthly service fees

In no event shall AxonVps be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Termination

Termination by Customer

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination:

Services will continue until the end of the current billing period
No refunds for partial months (except within money-back guarantee period)
Data backup is your responsibility before termination

Termination by AxonVps

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for:

Violation of these Terms of Service
Non-payment of fees
Illegal activities or abuse
Excessive resource usage affecting other customers
